一 |     (ECNS) -- The 2026 Green Computing Power Conference opened Saturday in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with 13 projects worth 136.1 billion yuan ($18.85 billion) signed across Hohhot and Ulanqab.    More than 500 participants attended the event, which showcased pilot achievements in AI application scenarios and green power infrastructure.         Organizers said the projects span the full computing power chain — from chip testing and hardware supply to data center coordination and downstream applications such as token trading and real world AI use cases.    (By Helen Mo & intern Xu Wenda)                    。    兀兰坡第785座多层停车场的一 堵石墙轰然倒下，阮先生（左图）指以后都不会把电单车停在该处。（受访者提供）多层停车场内约六米宽的一面石墙轰然倒下，原本停放两侧的电单车纷纷换位，有骑士担心日后再发生类似事件，决定将电单车停放在别处。

二 | 《新明日报》接获热心读者阮先生（50岁，罗厘司机）通报，指位于兀兰坡第785座的多层停车场，在上星期天（8月18日）下午发生一起矮墙倒塌事故。他称，友人下午1时许发现矮墙倒塌，立即通知他，所幸友人的电单车停在较远处，没被砸中。“我不知道有没有其他电单车遭殃，但若刚好有骑士在场，被砸中的后果不堪设想。我以后都不会停在这边，感觉这堵墙不太稳固，希望当局也拆掉另一面矮墙。”据他提供的视频，可见隔开停车位的矮墙整个倒下，当局事后围起封锁线，不见有电单车停放。

三 | 记者事后走访，发现倒塌的矮墙就在停车场1A楼层的电单车停泊处，当局拉起的封锁线仍在，但矮墙已被移除。据观察，该处的另一面矮墙约六米宽，一米高，两侧的停车位共有20个。记者也发现，只剩下两辆电单车仍停在该处，其他电单车则停在周围的停车位。
